Lets me make a distinction. Working with me isn’t spending your money. When you spend money, it’s gone and you need to earn more.
Working with me is investing your money, your energy and your time into the most important thing in this world – YOU!
How Much Do You Need To Invest?
Assuming we can solve whatever it is that’s causing you unhappiness or pain, what’s that truly worth to you?
What changes would occur in your life?
Now with this in mind, here’s my fees. I’m sure you will find them great value for money, especially considering the level of service and results you will experience.
Free Exploration Session
Assuming you are serious about solving your particular problem area, then we would start with a Free Exploration Session.
I don’t however just give my time away. My time is the most valuable thing I have. If however, what you want to solve is truly important, and you are ready, willing and able to try a new approach then I’m all yours to explore the difference us working together could make to your life.
Fee Structure
After a Free Exploration Session a block of 4 sessions is £379.
Session Duration
Sessions usually last around an hour, although some clients prefer slightly longer sessions.
How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Until I know more about you, I can’t give you a specific answer to this question. This is one reason why I offer a Free Exploration Session without cost or obligation. Once we’ve explored your situation properly I will be able to give you a much better idea of likely fees and timescales.
Session Frequency
I see most clients every 2 weeks. This helps us to maintain focus and make steady progress whilst having time for all the other important things in life.
Some clients really benefit from sessions once a week for the first few sessions to ensure they get the support and guidance they need.
Is There a Minimum Recommended Number of Sessions?
I do offer a single session to get people unstuck at a price of (£119). More details can be found here.
For most clients, the minimum number of sessions required will be 4, however often I ask client’s to consider working together for a minimum of 8 – 12 weeks (6-12 sessions). This would be clarified based on your circumstances during a Free Exploration Session.
So your minimum investment is likely to be £379 (4 sessions) or £119 if you feel just one session might do the trick!
Do I Need To Pay Everything In Advance?
Fees are paid in advance either monthly to cover your sessions for that month, or as a lump sum to purchase a block of sessions.
