My Morning Routine – Part 2

Great morning routine’s can make a huge difference to your life, however most people will have some kind of resistance to the idea, because changing your routine usually involves some kind of resistance. With this being the case, the question becomes how can I minimise the resistance, and maximise the benefit so that you can make change easy and fun.

With almost everything, the hardest part is just getting started, so in this very short video I share my hints and tips of where to get started, and how to develop your routine into something that helps you have a better life mentally, emotionally and physically.
